Pilot Energy – Development Approval, Mid West WA (2024)

Logie Legal assisted Pilot Energy in securing development approval for a 375 MW (A$440 million) solar farm in the Shire of Three Springs, Western Australia.

We managed the end-to-end development application process, including preparation of the planning report, coordination of technical inputs, and engagement with the Shire, Mid West Development Commission and the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel.

The approved project spans approximately 530 hectares of private land and forms part of Pilot’s Mid West Clean Energy Project, supporting the production and export of up to 1.2 million tonnes per annum of clean ammonia.
