Logie Legal represents a number of individual Bunurong respondents and the Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation in the Boonwurrung Native Title Application over 13,000 square kilometres, taking in coastal land and waters around Melbourne, from the mouth of the Werribee River along the coast of Port Phillip Bay, including part of the Melbourne CBD, Melton, Wilson’s Promontory, the whole of the Mornington Peninsula, coastal areas of Western Port, Phillip Island, and the Dandenong Ranges.
